Dr. Sebastian Jungermann, Partner in the Frankfurt Office, spoke at the FIW Cologne Seminar in Germany, held November 19-20, 2009. Sebastian delivered a presentation about cross-border litigation and antitrust-related investigations with a special view on U.S.-style discovery in Europe. The German Cologne Seminar focused on public administration and jurisprudence pertaining to competition law.
