Asia M&A Forum (Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the International Financial Law Review, Hong Kong, China)

On March 3, 2010, Joel I. Greenberg, Senior Corporate Partner, participated in the Asia M&A Forum given by the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the International Financial Law Review in Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. Mr. Greenberg spoke on "Addressing Deal Completion Risks" in a session that examined MAC clauses, reverse termination fees and deal protection devices, and lessons Asian dealmakers can learn from the recent U.S. experience.
