Alice Young Spoke at 2010 Asia Business Conference

Alice Young, Partner and Chair of the Asia Pacific Group, spoke at the 2010 Asia Business Conference on March 26–27, 2010, an annual gathering jointly organized by student organizations of the Harvard Business School, the Harvard Law School, and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. The Asia Business Conference, the largest Asia-focused business conference in North America, aims to foster meaningful discussion on policies and trends that dominate the business and legal institutions of modern Asia. Ms. Young spoke on the panel “Business and Government — Public & Private Partnerships in China,” which explored China’s complex public policy issues and legal and business considerations for private sector companies in partnering with Chinese public enterprises. She was joined on the panel by representatives from the Chinese government specializing in state-owned enterprises and private equity.
