Claudia Higgins, Partner in the Litigation Department, spoke before the Association of Transportation Law Professionals on June 28, 2010, on pending legislative proposals that, if enacted, would change the regulatory and antitrust landscape for the railroad industry. Ms. Higgins also participated in a panel discussing Transportation and Antitrust Policy under the Obama Administration.
