This innovative program was structured around a hypothetical drawn from a real life situation facing a corporation and its outside counsel — a mix of business disputes, trademark infringement, unfair competition, franchise rights, a fight for an injunction and discovery disputes galore.

Ms. Scott presented the session “Try These 3-D Glasses: Effective Use of Depositions at Trial,” on April 15, 2011. This session discussed the rules governing the use of depositions at trial and how to use those depositions effectively throughout the trial.
