American Conference Institute’s 12th Annual FCPA Boot Camp

Zaldwawynaka “Z” Scott, Partner in the White Collar Litigation and Internal Investigations practice, spoke at the American Conference Institute’s 12th Annual Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Boot Camp on June 27, 2011, in Chicago. The two day workshop provided attendees with comprehensive working knowledge of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as well as practical strategies for addressing high risk areas for enforcement exposure across business operations.

Ms. Scott moderated the panel “Structuring the Optimal Global FCPA Compliance Program: How to Select the Ideal Model for Your Company’s Risk Areas,” and spoke as a panelist on the “Structuring Agreements with Alliances & Joint Venture Partners,” which discussed how to ensure appropriate contractual safeguards with third parties to minimize FCPA exposure.
