Lori Leskin Speaks at “Mass Torts Judicial Forum”

Lori B. Leskin, Partner in the Product Liability Litigation and Counseling practice, spoke at HB Litigation Conferences’ “Mass Torts Judicial Forum” in Philadelphia on June 27, 2011. The forum brought together judges and plaintiff and defense lawyers to discuss and debate hot topics in mass tort litigation. Ms. Leskin participated in the panel discussion titled “Foreign Affairs: The Globalization of Mass Torts.” The panel covered the following topics:
- Looking at the expansion of mass torts beyond U.S. borders.
- Class actions of U.S. products in other countries.
- Suing international companies and related discovery issues: depositions, privacy laws and e-discovery.
