Joel I. Greenberg, Senior Corporate Partner, will participate in a session of the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State's Eighth Annual Institute on Corporate, Securities, and Related Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions. The two-day program will be held on October 13 – 14, 2011 at the New York City Bar.

Mr. Greenberg will serve as a panelist in a session titled “Public Company Acquisition: A Mock Negotiation, including Perspectives on Delaware Corporate Law, Antitrust, Proxy Solicitations, and Public Relations” on October 14, 2011.
