James Herschlein to Speak at ABA Section of Litigation, Products Liability Committee’s “Current Issues in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation”

James Herschlein, Partner in the Complex Commercial and Product Liability groups, will speak at the ABA Section of Litigation, Products Liability Committee’s “Current Issues in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation,” on November 17, 2011. He will be a part of a panel titled, “The Art of Pleading in a Post-Twombly/Iqbal World: Parallel Claims and More,” which will explore pleading issues related to the interplay between the Twombly and Iqbal decisions and affirmative defenses, in particular pre-emption.
