Diane Holt Frankle, Partner in the Corporate Department, will speak at PLI’s “Silicon Valley Corporate Law Update: Start-Ups, Financings, IPOs, M&A” on January 12, 2012 in Palo Alto, CA. Ms. Frankle will speak on a panel entitled “Technology M&A Developments” which will discuss the following:
