Diane Holt Frankle and Yingxi Fu to Speak at Shanghai and Beijing Seminars, “Protecting Directors in Today’s Governance Climate”

Diane Holt Frankle, Corporate Partner in the Palo Alto office, and Yingxi Fu, Managing Partner of the firm's Shanghai office, will lead a seminar on “Protecting Directors in Today’s Governance Climate.” The seminar will be presented on March 29 in Shanghai, and on March 30 in Beijing. Diane will act as a presenter along with advisors from Houlihan Lokey and Deloitte, and Yingxi will moderate. The presenters will review best governance practices as well as critical considerations for directors evaluating and negotiating complex and potentially sensitive transactions such as corporate mergers, leveraged and management buyouts, going private transactions, related-party transactions, tender offers, the acquisition and sale of assets or subsidiaries and other business combinations and financings.
