Diane Holt Frankle to Speak at ABA Business Law Section’s Delaware Business Law Forum

Corporate partner Diane Holt Frankle will participate in the fifth annual ABA Business Law Section’s Delaware Business Law Forum in Wilmington, Delaware on October 26-27, 2012. Diane will be moderating the “Plenary Session Panel: Managing a Changing World: the role of Directors when Internal Reporting Systems are Inadequate or Fail.” The session will discuss preventative steps, risk management approaches and overall best practices for Boards and/or management teams addressing a systems-failure crisis. Diane also serves as co-Chair of the ABA’s Delaware Business Law Forum and organized the Forum program.
