Diane Holt Frankle to Co-Host Women in M&A Reception

Palo Alto Corporate Partner Diane Holt Frankle will participate in a “Women in M&A” reception, an evening of dinner and conversation with senior women professionals active in M&A in Silicon Valley. Being invited to the event are approximately 70 women who are C-level executives, senior M&A counsel for Silicon Valley companies and venture capital and private equity fund executives, including executives from Apple, eBay, HP, Intel, Silver Lake and Adobe, among others. Kaye Scholer will be a co-host for the event, along with Houlihan Lokey and Shareholder Representative Services, LLC.
