WM Seminar on the New German Investment Act under AIFMD

Thomas A. Jesch, Counsel in the Frankfurt Office, is to speak at the WM Seminar “New German Investment Act under AIFMD” in Munich. This presentation will deal with the consequences of the proposed New German Investment Act under AIFMD for the distribution of private equity funds. He will outline the different regimes for AIFM in Europe and third Countries and compare the rules for institutional funds and retail funds. Furthermore, he will present an overview of the prospectus liability under the new German law and finish with the future tax treatment for private equity funds in Germany.
