GRC Anti-Corruption Summit 2012

On November 14, 2012, Hans-Joachim Fritz will hold an interactive workshop at the GRC’s Anti-Corruption Summit at the Charles Hotel in Munich. The workshop is titled "Compliance Issues Related to the Works Constitution," and will focus on the general principles in the Work Constitution, the honorary position of the Works Council, the resulting benefits and disadvantages prohibitions and the development of possible strategies to avoid any injury or privileges of members of the Works Council.
