Jesch to co-host FORUM Institut’s AIFMD Conference
December 11 – 12, 2012
Dr. Thomas A. Jesch, Counsel in the Frankfurt Office, is to host a AIFMD Conference in Hamburg (November 15-16, 2012) and Munich (December 11-12, 2012) and will report about future funds structures for different asset classes in relation to the AIFM status. In addition, Thomas explains what has to be taken into consideration for a fund sponsor’s AIFMD implementation and closes with a comparison of the licensing and registration obligations for German fund managers in the US.
