Joel Greenberg to Participate in Mock Negotiation of an M&A Deal at Stanford Law School

On February 25, 2013, Joel I. Greenberg, Senior Corporate Partner, will serve on the panel “Negotiating the M&A Deal: A Mock Negotiation of a Corporate Acquisition” at Stanford Law School. The panel includes seasoned mergers and acquisitions attorneys from major law firms across the country, who will stage an interactive "mock negotiation," attempting to illustrate the “give-and-take” in a negotiation of a contentious corporate acquisition, and stepping out of character frequently during the course of their presentation to explain their negotiating positions and strategies and to respond to questions from the audience.
