Diane Frankle and Joel Greenberg to Speak at ACG’s “M&A Dealmakers Circle”

Corporate Partners Diane Holt Frankle and Joel Greenberg will speak at an “M&A Dealmaker’s Circle” on February 26, 2013, in Palo Alto, CA. The event is being sponsored by the Silicon Valley chapter of The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and will be co-hosted by Kaye Scholer and Merrill Communications. Diane and Joel will discuss current issues in M&A, including best practices for nondisclosure agreements after a recent spate of Delaware cases, current SEC positions on tender offers and “dual track” transactions and current trends in private equity buyouts.
