Thomas A. Jesch, Counsel in the Frankfurt Office, will speak at a seminar titled “The New Rules for Funds and Depositaries,” hosted by the Association of Foreign Banks in Germany. Thomas will discuss the new rules for real estate funds in Germany. The seminar will be held at the DVFA Conference-Center Frankfurt.
