Daniel Hartnett Speaks at PLI’s Commercial Real Estate Financing 2013

Partner Daniel Hartnett presented and spoke on a panel at PLI’s Commercial Real Estate Financing seminar on March 21, 2013 in Chicago, IL. Daniel’s presentation discussed the impact of CMBS 2.0 on real estate finance and in particular, the impact on structures, loan terms, the rating process and the outlook for 2013 and beyond.

The two-day seminar brought together a diverse group of attendees, including commercial real estate attorneys, executives, investment bankers, rating agency analysts and asset managers, among others. Topics included recent changes in how lenders and borrowers negotiate commercial real estate loans in the current market and how those changes will affect real estate financing in the coming year.
