Joel Greenberg and Farhad Jalinous to Speak at ABA Business Law Spring Section Meeting

National Security/CFIUS Partner Farhad Jalinous and Senior Corporate Partner Joel Greenberg will be speaking at the meeting of the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee during the annual American Bar Association Business Law Section Spring Meeting on April 6 in Washington, DC. The program, “M&A in the Second Obama Term,” will discuss the outlook for antitrust, CFIUS and other regulatory/compliance issues during the next four years.
