Michael Mulitz to Moderate Panel at 33rd Annual New York Airfinance Conference

Partner Michael Mulitz will moderate the panel discussion “How is private equity investment in aviation changing the game?” at the 33rd Annual New York Airfinance Conference on April 23, 2013 in New York. Panelists Joe Shammas of Trilogy Capital, Chris Chaput of RPK Capital, Aaron Bendikson of Oaktree Capital Management and Stephen Rimmer of Guggenheim Aviation Partners will discuss how the private equity/lessor dynamic is changing the aviation funding environment, different structures and rationale for raising private equity funding, and investor satisfaction with investment returns.

This two-day conference is one of the largest aviation finance events in North America, bringing together professionals from airlines, aircraft leasing companies, export credit agencies, commercial and investment banks, and hedge funds, among others. Topics include sources of funding, private equity investment in aviation, EETCs for domestic and foreign carriers, and the future of the airline market.
