Diane Frankle to Speak at PLI’s “Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company 2013”

Palo Alto Corporate Partner Diane Holt Frankle will speak at PLI’s “Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company 2013” on May 1, 2013 in San Francisco. Diane will present on the drafting and negotiation of the definitive acquisition agreement, and lead a mock negotiation of various key terms of the definitive agreement.
