Farhad Jalinous to Host Panel at the American Conference Institute on Global Export Controls Compliance

Partner Farhad Jalinous, Co-Chair of the National Security, Government Contracts and Regulatory Compliance Department, will host a panel comprised of major defense industry representatives for the American Conference Institute on Global Export Controls Compliance on May 14 at the Westin Arlington Gateway in Arlington, VA. The keynote speaker will be Steven Pelak, Deputy Chief, Counter Espionage Unit, US Department of Justice. The panel will discuss the challenges faced by companies under foreign ownership, control or influence (FOCI) in complying with US export control and industrial security regulations.
