Jesch to Speak on Fund Documentation
June 5 – 6, 2013
Thomas A. Jesch (Counsel, Frankfurt) will deliver a presentation on “Private Equity Funds–Regulated Structures under German Law” at Euroforum’s Fund Documentation Seminar, to be held in Frankfurt both on April 23/24, 2013, at the Westin Grand Frankfurt, and also June 5/6, 2013, at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel. His second presentation will deal with strategies for fund sponsors to optimize their fund documentation with regard to prospectus liability claims.
