Kaye Scholer to present at Hamburg Conference on new German Investment Law

Thomas A. Jesch (Counsel, Frankfurt) will deliver a presentation on “Private Equity/Venture Capital--Fund Structures under the New German Investment Act” at FORUM Institut’s “Investment Law” Conference. The conference will be held in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. Thomas will present at and co-host the Hamburg run on September 17, 2013 at Le Royal Meridien Hotel.
