Presenter, International Competition Network Agency Effectiveness Working Group global call concerning protection of confidential information

On December 11, 2013, Jennifer Patterson spoke to a global audience of antitrust enforcers about confidentiality issues of concern to international businesses involved in multi-jurisdictional antitrust investigations. Her presentation was made on a global conference call of competition agencies conducted as part of the International Competition Network Agency Effectiveness Working Group ’s three-year project to improve investigative processes. As Co-Chair of the ICC Competition Commission’s Due Process Task Force, she was one of four private antitrust lawyers invited to present private sector views and concerns about protection of confidential information by competition agencies.
