Brandt Pasco Presents Twice at ACI’s U.S. Export and Re-Export Compliance for Canadian Operations

National Security, Government Contracts & Regulatory Compliance Associate Brandt Pasco will give two presentations at the American Conference Institute’s 3^rd Forum on U.S. Export and Re-Export Compliance for Canadian Operations in Toronto.  On January 27, 2014, Brandt will lead a half-day workshop entitled, “The Ins and Outs of Classifying and Re-Classifying your Data, Technology, Products, Parts and Components under the EAR:  How to Determine the Correct ECCN Number and Ensure Correct Calculations under the de minimis Rule.”   On January 28, 2014, he will present on “Contrasting the Definitions of ‘Specially Designed’ under the EAR, ITAR and Canada’s Export Control List: How to Apply Recent Changes to the Classification of Military and Commercial Items.”
