On January 30, 2014, Partner Joel Greenberg will participate as a panelist in DealLawyers.com’s webcast, “How to Sell a Division: Nuts & Bolts.”  The program will cover how “sale of division” tactics are changing, including strategies relating to the transfer of employees and intellectual property.
