Sebastian Jungermann to Chair Panel at Antitrust Conference in Bruges

Partner Sebastian Jungermann will chair the panel “Caught in the Antitrust Web: Regulating Internet Services?” at the AIJA Antitrust Conference in Bruges. The theme of the conference is “Antitrust 2.0 - Competition Law and Technology.” Sebastian’s panel will focus on recent investigations and enforcement developments in Europe from a competition law perspective and the implications thereof for competition policy. Other members of the panel include antitrust experts from the German Bundeskartellamt, the IT industry and private practice. They will discuss recent antitrust investigations in the EU and in Germany concerning Google, Amazon, HRS, booking.com, Expedia, Adidas, Asics, and Bosch Siemens, among others.

This three-day conference in Bruges features key antitrust experts from antitrust authorities, the technology industry and private practice speaking on the current state of competition law and technology and trends and changes for 2014.
