Hartmut Renz Speaks at the EMBL Program on Compliance under MiFID at the University of St. Gallen

Hartmut T. Renz, Counsel in the Frankfurt office of Kaye Scholer, gave a lecture on the topic of compliance and the requirements for investment advisory, investment recording, and cross-border business as part of the European Master of Business Law (EMBL) Program at the University of St. Gallen on April 23, 2014 in Liechtenstein. In particular, he highlighted the access of credit institutions from non-EU countries doing business within the European Union.
