Hartmut Renz Speaks About New Compliance Function According to MaRisk (Potsdam)

Hartmut T. Renz, Counsel in the Frankfurt office of Kaye Scholer, spoke about the assignment of the new compliance function according to MaRisk during a meeting of the East German Savings Bank Academy in Potsdam in front of representatives of the “Sparkassenakademie.” In particular, he focused on the role of regulatory compliance within the MaRisk compliance function and the tasks of compliance in a project-related implementation of the MaRisk compliance function.
