Jesch to Speak on Fund Documentation

Thomas A. Jesch (Counsel, Frankfurt) will deliver a presentation on “Current Terms in Side Letters” at Euroforum’s Second Fund Documentation Seminar, to be held in Frankfurt both on June 30 – July 1, 2014, at the Hilton Frankfurt, and also November 12 – November 13, 2014, at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel. He will expand the discussion to include “Private Equity Fund-of-Funds Structures” in the November event.
