David Sausen to Present on FATCA Update

Kaye Scholer Tax Partner David Sausen will be co-presenting with McMillan LLP Tax Partner Michael Friedman and Tax Principal Carl Irvine on Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) updates at the Portfolio Management Association of Canada’s (PMAC) Compliance Officer’s Network Meeting on September 16, 2014. The conference, hosted by McMillan LLP, will also feature presentations on the “Modernization of Investment Funds – Final Amendments (Phase 2)” and “PMAC Compliance Benchmarking Survey 2014 – Summary of Report & Findings”.
