Myron Kirschbaum to Speak at CLE Program on Attorney Disciplinary Problems

Special Counsel Myron Kirschbaum will speak at a CLE program on “Common Disciplinary Problems and How to Prevent Them” on October 22 at the Bronx County Supreme Court in New York. The program, which is presented by the Policy Committee of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, will provide examples and information about attorney conduct that has often been the subject of disciplinary proceedings. Myron will be participating in a panel on “Retainer Agreements, Billing and Fees.”
