Llewellyn to Speak at INTA Annual Meeting

Kaye Scholer Trademark, Copyright and False Advertising Group Co-Head Paul Llewellyn will be participating on the “Trademark Enforcement by U.S. Customs and Border Protection” panel at the International Trademark Association annual meeting in San Diego on May 5. This panel will discus how to record a trademark and copyright with Customs, how to get Customs to search for suspected infringing merchandise, and what to do when Customs finds infringing merchandise.
