Morgenstern, Patterson to Participate in PLI's Antitrust Institute 2015: Development & Hot Topics

Kaye Scholer Antitrust Partners Saul. P Morgenstern and Jennifer B. Patterson will participate in the Practicing Law Institute’s “Antitrust Institute 2015: Development & Hot Topics” seminar in New York on May 7 and 8 at the PLI New York Seminar Center. The seminar will examine current merger issues, price fixing, the legality of joint ventures and other competitor collaborators, among other topics, with an emphasis on new developments and key antitrust principles. Included in the program will also be an important review of current trends in the international arena, including the EU and Asia.

Morgenstern, a Co-Chair of the event, will speak on panels titled “Cartels and Other Horizontal Relationships” and “Evolving Standards on Resale Price Maintenance, Tying and Other Vertical Restraints:  Do We Still Have to Treat Vertical Restraints as a Serious Issue?” Patterson will participate in the panel “Class Actions for Antitrust Violators – Recent Developments.”
