Corporate partner Joel I. Greenberg will serve on the panel “Negotiating the M&A Deal: A Mock Negotiation of a Corporate Acquisition” at Stanford Law School on February 23, 2016.
The panel includes seasoned M&A lawyers from major law firms across North America who will stage an interactive “mock negotiation,” illustrating the “give-and-take” in a contentious negotiation involving a middle-market acquisition of a privately held company and focusing on some of the more controversial provisions included in the definitive acquisition agreement. The panelists will step out of character frequently during the course of their presentation to explain their negotiating positions and strategies, and to respond to questions from the audience.
Boxed dinners and refreshments will be served and CLE credit will be provided.
