Greenberg, Stoldt and Adler to Participate in Mock Negotiation of an M&A Deal at Cornell Law School

Partners Joel Greenberg and Derek Stoldt and counsel Sara Adler will participate in a mock negotiation of an M&A agreement to an audience of law and business students at Cornell Law School on March 14, 2016. The team will illustrate the "give-and-take" in a contentious negotiation involving the acquisition of a privately-held middle market company, focusing on some of the more controversial provisions included in the definitive acquisition agreement. The speakers will step out of character during the course of their presentation to explain their negotiating positions and strategies, and to respond to questions from the audience.
