Culhane to Speak at NYSBA Private Investment Funds Subcommittee Meeting

Corporate partner and Investment Management Group head Stephen Culhane will speak on “ILPA Fee Report Guidelines” at the NYSBA Business Law Section Private Investment Funds Subcommittee Meeting on March 29, 2016. Culhane’s segment will address the Institutional Limited Partners Association’s recently published fee reporting guidelines and related aspects of GP/LP negotiating dynamics.
The Private Investment Funds Subcommittee’s mission is to track developments and emerging trends in the industry. The subcommittee monitors the adoption of new rules and regulations and pending proposals for reform. It also monitors the emergence of new industry standards and best practices in respect of fund formation and operations. Participants include law-firm and in-house practitioners representing both hedge fund and private equity/VC fund managers and investors.
