Kaye Scholer represented American Securities Capital Partners, LLC in the sale of Miltex Holdings, Inc., the leading supplier of hand-held surgical and dental instruments for medical and dental offices and alternate site surgical centers, to Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation. Miltex has been held as one of American Securities' portfolio companies since January, 2000.
