Kaye Scholer Represented Wind Point Partners in Sale of Breeze Industrial Products, Inc.

Kaye Scholer LLP represented Wind Point Partners in connection with the sale of its portfolio company, Breeze Industrial Products, Inc. to the Norma Group, a portfolio company of private equity and venture capital firm 3i, with principal offices in Germany. Breeze, through its direct and indirect subsidiaries in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Germany, is a manufacturer and supplier of connecting technology solutions for motor vehicles and general industrial applications. The transaction closed on November 14, 2007. Kaye Scholer represented Wind Point in its acquisition of Breeze in August 2004 and in a subsequent leveraged recapitalization of the company. The Kaye Scholer team responsible for the sale transaction included Lauretta J. Moran.
