Kaye Scholer represented Red Diamond Capital (Red Diamond) in its acquisition of W.C. Wood Company (Wood). Wood is the number one manufacturer of chest and upright freezers, dehumidifiers and specialty refrigerators in Canada with a growing presence in the United States. Red Diamond acquired the assets of its Canadian and U.S. operations as well as the stock of its Mexican subsidiaries. The Kaye Scholer team included Corporate & Finance partner Stephen C.
