Kaye Scholer Represents Red Diamond Capital and The InterFlex Group in Acquisition of C&H Packaging Company

On December 18, 2009, The InterFlex Group, a leading international flexible packaging company, acquired C&H Packaging Company, Inc. The InterFlex Group is a portfolio company of Red Diamond Capital, a private equity fund that invests in middle market manufacturing, distribution and service businesses in North America. C&H Packaging is a subsidiary of Appleton's Performance Packaging Division based in Merrill, Wisconsin, and is a supplier to a number of major packaged food companies in the US and Canada. Kaye Scholer LLP advised Red Diamond Capital and The InterFlex Group in both the acquisition of C&H Packaging and the related amendment to InterFlex's existing credit agreement. The Kaye Scholer team consisted of Stephen Koval, Laurie Abramowitz, Lauren Bernstein and Susan Rhee.
