Kaye Scholer represented TMS International Corp., the largest provider of industrial outsourced services to North American steel mills, and its majority stakeholder, private equity firm Onex Corporation, in TMS International’s initial public offering, valued at $145.6 million. The deal team included Partners Joel Greenberg and Derek Stoldt.
