Kaye Scholer Represents Red Diamond Capital in the Sale of Interflex Holdings to Nicolet Capital Partners

Kaye Scholer represented Red Diamond Capital Partners, L.P., and its subsidiary Interflex Holdings, Inc., a flexible packaging company for food and consumer packaged goods, in the sale of Interflex Holdings to Nicolet Capital Partners, LLC. Red Diamond Capital is a private equity fund that invests in middle market manufacturing, distribution and service businesses in North America. Nicolet Capital Partners is a private equity firm that makes both majority and minority equity investments in established businesses across a wide range of basic industries.
