Kaye Scholer Represents Longtime Client Onex in Sale of Center for Diagnostic Imaging

Kaye Scholer represented Onex Corporation, one of North America’s oldest and most successful investment firms, in its sale of Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) to Insight Imaging. The Onex Group acquired CDI in January 2005 with an equity investment of $73 million, and has received proceeds of $145 million, including the sale and a prior distribution. The Kaye Scholer team representing Onex included Partners Joel Greenberg, Nancy Fuchs, Claudia Higgins, Jeff London and Louis Tuchman, Counsel Peter Danias and Associates Aaron Gardner, Viktoriya Karshenboyem and Tess Fang.
