Kaye Scholer Represents Spirit AeroSystems in Concurrent Bond Offering, Tender Offer and Secondary Equity Offering

Kaye Scholer is representing Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. (Spirit) in several concurrent transactions which were launched on Tuesday, March 4, including a $300 million note offering, a related tender offer for outstanding notes and an equity offering by certain stockholders.
