Brings a wealth of experience advising in tech, media and financial services
New York: Noted corporate lawyer Glynna Christian has joined Kaye Scholer as a partner in New York with a focus on technology, media and financial services. She is a deal lawyer with 20 years of experience advising Fortune 100, FTSE 100 and other public and private companies on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of strategic investments and partnerships, outsourcing and other commercial transactions.

Her strengths advising on technology and outsourcing matters further bolster our active IP Department while her experience advising on bank payment systems and related consumer privacy issues enhance our Global Cybersecurity & Privacy Group,” said Mike Solow, Kaye Scholer Managing Partner.
Her recent representative matters include advising clients on implementing a global technology transformation, investing in digital media content production, partnering for the creation of a mobile payment platform, and acquiring cloud-based online banking platform services.

Christian joins from Squire Sanders (now Squire Patton Boggs) and previously served as Winston & Strawn’s Global Chair of Sourcing.
An active and sought-out thought leader, she has lectured for a variety of professional organizations, including the Association of Corporate Counsel, Federal Communications Bar Association, FindLaw, New York State Bar Association, Practising Law Institute, Sourcing Interests Group and the Virginia Educational Media Association. She earned her JD at the University of Memphis, where she served as editor-in-chief of the University of Memphis Law Review, and also holds a BS cum laude from University of North Texas. She is admitted to practice in New York and Virginia.
