Jungermann Quoted in German food magazine Lebensmittel Zeitung

Sebastian Jungermann was interviewed by the prominent German food magazine Lebensmittel Zeitung about recommended resale prices under European and German antitrust laws. The German Federal Cartel Office focuses more and more on vertical practices, and in particular on resale price maintenance regarding consumer goods producers and retailers in the contact lens, food, drugstore and pet food sector. Sebastian is quoted as saying that also the agreement regarding a "price corridor" regarding a maximum and mimimum price could violate antitrust laws.
